吧: let's…, …right?
…吧
吧 at the end softens a sentence: it makes a suggestion (“let's…”) or asks you to agree (“…right?”).
Examples
- 我们吃饭吧。 Wǒmen chī fàn ba. Let's eat.
- 你是学生吧？ Nǐ shì xuésheng ba? You're a student, right?
