Verb + result: 抓住, 推开, 看见
verb + 住 / 开 / 见 / 完 / 好
The result goes right after the verb: 抓住 is “grab and hold”, 推开 is “push, so it opens”, 看见 is “look and see”. Negate with 没, not 不: 没看见, “didn't see it”.
Examples
- 他抓住了我的手。 Tā zhuāzhù le wǒ de shǒu. He caught hold of my hand.
- 请推开门。 Qǐng tuīkāi mén. Please push the door open.
- 我没看见你的书。 Wǒ méi kànjiàn nǐ de shū. I didn't see your book.
