又…又…: both … and …
又 + adj + 又 + adj
又…又… gives two qualities of one thing at once: 又大又甜 is “big and sweet”. Both are good, or both are bad (又贵又难吃, “pricey and awful”). No 很 is needed.
Examples
- 这个苹果又大又甜。 Zhège píngguǒ yòu dà yòu tián. This apple is big and sweet.
- 这碗汤又热又香。 Zhè wǎn tāng yòu rè yòu xiāng. This soup is hot and tasty-smelling.
- 她又漂亮又可爱。 Tā yòu piàoliang yòu kě'ài. She is pretty and cute.
