尽管 and 即使: although, even if
尽管 A，还是 B · 即使 A，也 B · 尽管 + verb
尽管 is 'although': A is already true, and B happens anyway: 尽管很累，他还是来了. 即使 is 'even if': A only might happen: 即使下雨，我们也去. The second half takes 还是 or 也. And 尽管 + verb is 'feel free to': 尽管问我.
Examples
- 尽管很累，他还是来了。 Jǐnguǎn hěn lèi, tā háishi lái le. Although he was tired, he still came.
- 即使下雨，我们也去。 Jíshǐ xiàyǔ, wǒmen yě qù. Even if it rains, we'll go.
- 有问题尽管问我。 Yǒu wèntí jǐnguǎn wèn wǒ. If you have questions, feel free to ask me.
